PMCV believes that each resident should receive the best possible care in an atmosphere which recognizes the dignity and worth of each individual at a reasonable cost. PMCV offers independent apartment living, assisted living, and nursing care (including an Alzheimer's unit). It is a division of Christian Homes, Inc. based in Lincoln, IL. Second was one of the founding supporters of the organization of the home. Ed Walter has served on the Steering Committee and Freda Walter has served as key lady for many years. Dee Hickman now serves as the Key Lady to the home. Pleasant Meadows serves the nursing home needs of several members of Second Church as well as other residents of the Eastern Illinois area. Kitty Porter, RN is the Community Nurse Liaison.
