8:15- 8:45 - Breakfast (finish changing diapers after breakfast)
8:45- 9:15 -Clean up/ change diapers
9:15- 9:45 - Gym/ playground
9:45 - 10:00 - Wash hands/ get drinks/ change diapers
10:00- 10:15- Circle time
10:15 - 10:30 - Art
10:30 - 10:45 - Sensory/ Science/ Math
10:45 - 11:00 - Clean up/ Wash hands for lunch
11:00- 11:15 - Bible lesson
11:15 - 12:00 - Lunch
12:00 - 12:15 - Clean up/ change diapers/ set up cots/ lay down
12:15 -2:30 - Nap time
2:30 - 3:00 - Snack
3:00 - 3:15 - Clean up /wash hands/ change diapers
3:15 - 3:45- Gym/ Playground
3:45 - 4:00 - Music
4:00- 5:30 - Free Play
We strive for the following to ensure a successful transition into the next classroom.
*Will know how to clean up toys.
* Will work on playing with toys in the proper way. The children will be encouraged to keep toys out of their mouths, not to throw them, but to play with them appropriately.
* Will know to sit quietly, fold hands, and close eyes for prayers.
* Will be introduced and start potty training.
* Will know how to walk in a large group when going to the playground, chapel, gym, etc.
* Will practice using regular cups.
* Will practice table manners: using napkins, throwing away extra food, and bringing up plates and cups when finished.
* Will be able to sit in a large group for a short story.
* Will know several children's Christian songs.
* Will practice showing respect towards friends. Teachers focus on showing children how to express different emotions, how to have nice touches and how to share.
