WELCOME

Welcome to “Inside Out & Upside Down on Main Street”, where Jesus makes a difference every day! The excitement is building as we prepare and await for the kids to show up for another fun-filled  week of Vacation Bible School!

Each day at “Inside Out & Upside Down on Main Street” the kids will participate in the excitement of a large-group time of music, drama, and fun. They will be introduced to some new wacky characters and hear some of Jesus’ parables told in a way where they will learn that Jesus’ life and love makes a difference every day! The kids will explore and experience stories Jesus told about everyday people in everyday situations, but His stories were anything but ordinary! The kids will be challenged to retell Jesus’ stories, take a new look at what the Bible says about gratitude, compassion, forgiveness and grace, and let Jesus make an amazing difference in their everyday lives.

WHEN: Monday – Thursday evenings, June 27th – 30th from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

WHO: All 3 year olds (must be potty trained) – 4th grade.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

In order to provide friendships, learning opportunities and supervision for the kids during their extremely busy and exciting time at “Inside Out & Upside Down on Main Street”, we need your help! Sign up today to help with this fun-filled,  Bible learning, exciting week! Not only will you be blessed, but you will show the kids that everyday people can make a difference in their lives, just as in the stories Jesus told. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

*Crafts *Recreation *Snacks *Bible storytellers

*Registration *Check-Point

REFRESHMENTS NEEDED

We need refreshment donations for Vacation Bible School. To sign up to help provide refreshments, please call Kenna at the church (442-7306), or sign up at the “Inside Out & Upside Down on Main Street” station located in the foyer during the month of June for the day and the amount of “goodies” you can bring. Thank you!

Monday: Cookies (any type)

Tuesday: Snack Cakes  (Little Debbie, Hostess, etc.)

Wednesday: Salty Snacks  (Individual bags of crackers, pretzels, gold-fish, etc.)

Thursday: Cookies (any type)

Everyday: Kool-aid

(pre-sweetened, any flavor) KICK-OFF POOL PARTY

Makes plans to join us on Sunday, June 26th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. for our annual VBS KICKOFF  POOL PARTY! We will once again be swimming at the Turtle Run pool, and this is open to all of our kids and their families.
