Known aliases or nicknames? I always answer to “Mom”, even when it is not my children saying, “Mom”.
Staff Position? Children’s Minister
How long at current position? Official "Staff Member" beginning February 1998 - before that I was a volunteer for the Children's, Youth and Drama Departments.
Family? Married to my best friend, Matt, since 1988, and together we are raising (or trying to raise) our twin sons, Corey and Cole who were born in 1993.
Favorite restaurant? In

Favorite book? Of course, the Bible – then after that – I love anything by Karen Kingsbury or any cookbook.
Favorite Scripture? Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
Favorite sport? For me to play? NONE! But, I love to watch Corey & Cole play all sports, especially swimming!
Favorite candy? Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge (I usually make it only once a year, and I think my Mom would be proud.)
If you were a super hero, what would your super power be? I would love to be “Super Woman” - just like the woman from Proverbs 31.
Collect anything? Do the dust bunnies under the bed count?
Favorite vacation spot? Anywhere with my family – but we love to visit family in
Georgia – and kicking back at Hanging Rock Christian Assembly at Family Camp every year!
What you love about Second? The kids and their hearts for Jesus!
